about me

I’ve always been drawn to the beauty of thoughtfully designed spaces, the stories behind collected pieces, and the way aesthetics shape our daily lives. One can usually find me rearranging rooms, pruning my geraniums or dreaming up ways to make spaces feel more beautiful and personal. One of my core memories was watching my mom sew floral-print curtains for my bedroom—carefully choosing the fabric, perfecting every detail and turning something simple into something special. That sense of craftsmanship and the emotion it evokes has stayed with me ever since, shaping both my work and my perspective.
Professionally, I’ve spent over a decade in the design world, partnering with talented design firms, brands, and businesses to bring creative visions to life. As a Senior Client Partner at 1stDibs, I specialize in connecting designers with exclusive opportunities, market insights, and strategic solutions that fuel growth. But beyond the business side, what excites me most is the art of collecting and the magic that happens when the right piece finds the right space.
Outside of work, I find inspiration everywhere—from exploring markets around the world to tending to my ever-evolving garden. Travel, wellness, and nature deeply influence my approach to design, reminding me that the most beautiful things have depth, history, and a soul of their own.
This portfolio is a space to reflect on all the passion and hard work that's made up my story so far. (✿◠‿◠)
education
2008-2010
BA Communications/Journalism
University of St. Thomas
I graduated with a BA in Communications/Journalism from the University of St. Thomas, where I gained hands-on experience in everything from storytelling to public relations and advertising. My time there was a mix of honing my writing skills and diving into real-world projects that laid the foundation for my career. It was during this period that I discovered my passion for connecting people and ideas—a thread that has run through everything I've done since. Whether producing stories for Tommie Media, covering campus events for the student newspaper, or growing professionally through PRSSA, I developed a deep love for communicating and building connections.
2009 Summer
In Summer 2009, I embarked on a transformative journey with Semester at Sea, traveling to eight countries—Spain, Italy, Greece, Croatia, Bulgaria, Turkey, Egypt, and Morocco. This immersive experience not only broadened my cultural understanding but also enhanced my global perspective, allowing me to engage with diverse communities and explore historic landmarks. It was a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with people from all over the world, while gaining insights that continue to shape who I am to this day.

BA Journalism
DePaul University
I attended DePaul University, where I laid a solid foundation in reporting and editorial studies. My time in Chicago was defined by a dynamic blend of coursework and culture that enhanced my writing, nurtured my independence, and encouraged leadership. Though I eventually transferred, that early experience was crucial in shaping my career path and providing me with the tools to succeed.
